At Artesanos Design Collection, we want you to love your handcrafted home pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive an authorization form.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original artisanal packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item for its original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
